Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Since our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand provider, we follow a specific return and refund process. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Production

All products are created on demand and manufactured specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Ordering the wrong design or variant

Please check sizing charts, product details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Eligible Returns & Replacements

We happily offer free replacements or refunds in the following cases:

Damaged items

Defective items

Misprinted items

Incorrect items delivered

If your item arrives with any of the above issues, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Non-Eligible Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Items returned without approval

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Items lost due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer


4. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible issues (damaged, misprinted, defective, wrong item), we cover all costs.

For non-eligible returns (if exceptionally approved), the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)


5. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • A refund is issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.


6. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we will produce and ship the new item at no extra cost, as long as the claim meets our eligibility requirements.


7. Order Cancellations

Because each item begins production shortly after purchase, we only accept cancellations within:

  • 2 hours of placing the order

After this time, the order cannot be canceled or modified.


8. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We can reship the order once the customer pays for the new shipping cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.
