1. Order Processing Time
Since our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand supplier, each order requires time for production.
Processing time:
2–7 business days (depending on product type, volume, and supplier location)
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times (U.S.)
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via standard domestic shipping services.
Estimated delivery time after fulfillment:
3–8 business days
These are approximate timeframes provided by the shipping carriers and may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to multiple countries outside the United States.
International delivery estimate:
7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Some items may ship separately depending on the print provider and production location.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

Estimated delivery date
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update after the shipment is created.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address:

We can reship the order once the customer pays the reshipping cost

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Lost / Stolen / Missing Packages
If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery

We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered
If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate and may issue a replacement depending on the carrier’s confirmation.
8. Multiple Shipments
Because products may be fulfilled by different production facilities through our print-on-demand partner, your order may arrive in separate packages.
This does not affect shipping cost unless noted during checkout.
